How Do I Meet People?
Our church is not a place for spectators. People have said that Destiny is a place where you “grow or go.” We believe completely in passionately serving Jesus. This means being involved in what the church body is doing and learning. We have a lot of avenues for you to connect and build relationships.
Services
We offer different services throughout each week. On Sundays we gather for our main celebration service at 10am. In the middle of the week we meet on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. The midweek service is directed at ministering to the entire family, We have adult, teen, and children’s ministry simultaneously. With everything going on in your week, we feel that it is important to bring ministry to the entire family.
Weekly Prayer Services
We come together 2 times every week to pray corporately. We aren’t a church that prays, Destiny is a praying church.
We meet on Sundays at 9:15am, Mondays at 6:30pm
Destiny Youth
Every Wednesday night at 6:30pm teenagers meet to worship and discuss the Word of God. Our youth ministry is an exciting place for 7th -12th grades students to come.
DKids Ministry
Kids today are encountering so many big issues through schools and social media. We believe that parents deserve for their kids to get real spirit-filled and spirit-led ministry. We take time to minister to kids every Sunday morning through worship, teaching, and prayer then we break up into classes based on age. We have a nursery for infants and toddlers, we have a class for preschool/kindergarten kids, and a class for 1st-6th grade kids.
Saturate Prayer
On the 1st Friday of each month we come together for a time of decompressing in the presence of the Lord. We focus on worship, intercession, and diving deep into the presence of God. We take the agenda off the board for 2 hours and let the Holy Spirit move how He sees fit. And He never disappoints!
Monthly Men’s Breakfast
On the 3rd Saturday of every month at 9am a group of men meet together for food and fellowship. There is no better way to get to know someone than to share a meal together. And that is exactly what we do. This breakfast was designed for the purpose of building relationships among men. We talk about childhood stories, fun times, and challenge each other spiritually.
Monthly Women’s Craft Night/Brunch
Every month our ladies meet for either a Craft night on the 4th Friday night at 6:30 or a Brunch on the 4th Saturday morning at 10. No matter what they are doing, they are focused on building relationships with each other and encouraging one another.
